本人中小學曾就讀國際學校，高中畢業於國際文憑IB Diploma的課程，並取得雙語文憑，能操流利英語，母語為廣東話。現為香港中文大學工商管理系的四年級學生，主修市場學及輔修新聞與傳播學。曾有一年的私補教學經驗，主要幫3-13歲學生教導英文及生物學的科目。本人亦在國際體育機構有接近兩年教授體操的經驗，學生皆介乎3-15歲，教學時與學生用英文對話。
