本人乃是全職補習導師，補習經驗已有十多年，包括私補及補習社，並善於與小朋友/學生溝通，專補功課輔導，亦曾補習 PTE 幼兒課程，使學生容易跟上學校課程。多年來，各學生校內成績都有明顯進步，而且有學生在小學時科科不合格到現在成為校內 head prefect，深受老師愛戴。現補的學生都是由小一補到現在就讀中學，與學生及家長建立了良好關係。

本人在學時期主修人力資源管理及培訓，於2003年修畢碩士學位，並於2009年考獲(NLP)身心語言程式學之高級執行師。本人曾擔任”多感觀英文串字班”及”手眼協調專注力培訓班”之導師，也曾出席教師對特殊學習需要(SEN)教學的個案分享研討會，至今已有十多年輔導經驗。
現專注幫助SEN的學生去克服學業上的困難，建立自信心，並以自己及兒子的經歷作為例子，協助學生尋找適合的學習方向及訂立終身學習目標。輔導對像由幼兒至中六均可; 亦可協助中六畢業生升學到新西蘭及英國。
